3. Account Registration & Opt-In

By creating an account through our website, app, newsletter signup, or customer registration, you opt in to receive service-related and marketing communications from Impact Shoppers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

4. Assignments & Payment

• Assignments must be completed accurately and in accordance with the instructions provided.
• Payments are issued after your report has been reviewed and approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is $500.
• Fraudulent, duplicate or misleading reports will result in account termination and forfeiture of pending payments.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, share your account, or engage in any activity that harms the platform or its users or clients.

6. Confidentiality

Assignment details and evaluation results are confidential. You may not share, publish or disclose any information about assignments to third parties, including on social media.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Impact Shoppers platform is owned by Impact Shoppers or its licensors. Reports and photos you submit may be used by Impact Shoppers and its clients for evaluation and quality-assurance purposes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impact Shoppers is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
